One thing to know. About 80% of interviews come from our playbook and process, and around 20% come from our network.
You’ll be doing both.
We actively share and advocate for our clients and have built strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers, so we do operate as a bit of a talent funnel.
That said, the majority of interviews you’ll land will come from following our playbook and process and working closely with your coach.
Also, to maintain access to our network, you need to consistently follow through and demonstrate coachability throughout the program.
On average, about 90 to 100 days.
It can take longer depending on your bandwidth, how selective you are, and how you execute.
For context, the average job search is closer to 9+ months, so we’re usually getting people there a lot faster.
We work with you until you land and accept a job, as long as you’re actively searching and committed to the process!!
